Mozzerella Sticks 
1 Pound mozzarella cut into 1/2 x 3" sticks 
1/4 Cup flour 
2 eggs beaten 
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs mixed with 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese 
Vegetable Oil 
. 
Dredge cheese sticks in flour. Dip in eggs and then in bread crumb 
cheese 
mixture.* In large saucepan with oil at approximately 360 degrees 
quickly 
fry cheese sticks in small batches until golden brown. Drain on paper 
towels. Serve with sauce of choice. 

*At this point, if you let them sit for about 30 minutes before frying 
them, 
they're easier to handle.
